Shadowblade not getting ROG 2h Axe drops

Just putting this out there. I just leveled a SB 1-20 over the last couple of days and haven't got any 2h axe ROG to drop. I've got many 1h swords/axes, 2h swords, couple 2h hammers, but not 1 2h axe. I'm leveling as LA/axe so it's not a huge deal, but seems weird that none are dropping.

Is there some kind of bug or am I just extremely unlucky?

Extremely unlucky or it's bound to happen below level20.

2H axe dropped for my SB yesterday at 21, but I thought the same a long time

I had this same experience from 1-15. Finally respecced sword cuz I had a good 2h sword but no 2h axes

lvl 17 kobold here and also have yet to get a 2h axe to drop..had to switch to sword

I play theu and get leather, reinforced and 1handed weapons a lot. Guess you're simply unlucky...

My SB is in the mid-teens and hasn't gotten a 2H axe yet either.

I'm guessing it's not in the ROG tables for Shadowblades. The reason they drop later on is because as we level, we get fewer of our own class's ROGs and more of other classes into the mix, and eventually we get a 2H axe drops for other classes.

It would be pretty easy to disprove this if anyone has any ROG 2H axe that has envenom, critical strike, or stealth on it. If so, that would confirm that 2H axe is rare and / or has a drop frequency tied to level. Until then, I'll contend that the only 2H axes we're getting were in the ROG tables for other classes.

In the meantime, I'm sword spec. Hope I can get one of these soon so I can switch my spec.

Just an update... I did start to get 2h axes starting at level 21. After that they seem to drop like any other weapon.

It's about level 20 that one starts to get non-class ROGs, or at least that's when I did. I don't know if it's player level or MOB level that matters; I was fighting strictly yellows on my SB, as OJs are still a bit rough.

Are you finding any with +envenom, +cs, or +stealth? If not, I would suggest that you're getting weapons that were rolled for a different class.

I'll have to double check when I get off work tonight. I haven't been using the 2h much leveling up to be honest... I just perf & backstab mostly and switch back to dual wield.
