RvR-Encouraging everyone

Encouraging players to 8v8 elite Realmpoints-gathering.
many players and those that premade grps probably like this idea.

but how?

if it's even possible:
    a Realmpoint leaderboard that reset every 90m ( 16 times a day )
    This leaderboard only lists full groups total rps from RVR
    the reward system could be like this
    1st - 10k rp (each player from that grp)
    2nd - 7k rp
    3rd - 5k rp
    the rest 2-3k rp
it might look like a high reward and i agree, but take in consideration for the duration of 1h30m

if people don't like it, well who gives a ^^ i just wanted to share the though

Why 8mens have to be rewarded ???

Why not small ?? Or soloers ??? Or zerg players ???

ok i will trying to answer all your questions.

there is participation and there is flag task. there is keep reward and tower reward + rp pool even ( killing lord + rp pool reward + participation + flag task if you are lucky )
i am just suggesting a genre so everyone get his dosis Fun.
i mean they still stay in the same NF.

Most Hibs know me from doing a lot of BG keep fight with the whole RVR thingy. Realmpride Relics...
it's just creating objective..
A full group in a BG killing loads on their own without having BG-pals adding, i think they are possible to enlist themself on top..
if someone is getting rewarded it's the server+game and not the player in my point of view
