regulate active stealther population in rvr

this is not healthy when at all time 35-40% of the server is on stealth (ok maybe 30% if you remove the mins grped)

either revert archer change or regulate stealther pop in rvr , you are starting a low process on ending this server by buffing stealther and promote more solo than grps

any /u screenshot showing that many stealthers?

personally i haven't seen it, but maybe its different in other timezones

while those numbers are pretty huge it's nowhere near 35-40% of the server as the OP claimed
The highest archernumber, 101rangers, isn't even 35% of hibernia
and it's not from the frontier

not saying it isn't a problem, the stealthpopulation can be unhealthy for the server at much smaller percentages, but what use is a discussion that sets a completely wrong baseline as a starting point
