Customizing your character after making them

When I try to use the customization tool in the menu to adjust my charcters look nothing happens after I press accept. It just takes it back to the previous appearance. Is this working intentionally like that and you cant actually adjust your local after the fact, or is it just bugging out on my end?

To make appearance adjustments to the character you have to use either a race or gender respec stone, otherwise nothing saves.

For stats, it's a stat respec stone.

you can also buy them with bountypoints

Basic customisation stuff is savagely over-priced for a free-server unfortunately but such is life. There's an element if wanting to recognise people hanging out in hubs and cities to create a tighter community feel - but sometimes you just wanna be blonde!
