I know you cant heal them anymore... Is there a way to repair the palitones presently?

The one near beno bridge seems to be permanently disabled at the moment (6%) health.

Nope, anti-siege engines are currently broken and useless due to their latest "fix". The only thing that can be done right now is to log onto another realm, go around destroying all of them, then waiting 4 hours to log back over to your real realm, but that'd probably get you banned for breaking a rule.
