some files have to be manually updated

Hi, may you help me? this message is poping up when I try to start phoenix.exe.
I searched in the forum but didn't find a tpoic.

Starting camelot.exe once as admin and after that phoenix.exe usually fixes this.

did you run the camelot.exe too, or only the phoenix one in adminmode?
