missing character

Hi, I created a character about a month ago, got him to lvl 4 or 5 then didnt log in for around 2 weeks. When I went back he was gone. He is not on any of the pages 0 to 9. However if I try to make a character of the same now it doesnt let me so I think he's still somewhere.

Could someone check to see if he still exists ? his name is Teraflops

Thanks for that link... so its saying the character exists... but for some reason I cant see him.

Should I contact a mod in game or email someone?
