Latency issues

Having some issues with latency in game. The latency monitor (usually 3 green circles) has a tendency to misbehave 1-2 times a week. The icon switched to Green Circle / Red Square / Green Circle about every 10-30 seconds and I just have to sit there and am unable to complete any actions. Is there any testing I can do to determine where the issue is when this happens again? It does get frustrating, but it not the end of the world. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so a few updates.

I can now no longer log into the game. I get to the character selection screen, select a character and hit play. The loading screen will appear, the bar will completely fill, then just sit there. I have tried this multiple times and have restarted my machine and modem. After 2-3 attempts, I receive the account access verification email.

Still not sure where to go from here. Please advise.

Do you have at&t? I am going through the same thing. At&t said I am not getting information sent back to my IP address from phoenix.

I've been having the Green Red Green performance monitor issue on and off myself. I tracked it down to a node with packetloss between me and the Phoenix server. It comes and goes, but it is always the same router node.

For me it is always this node (129.250.2.120 - ae-2.r22.asbnva02.us.bb.gin.ntt.net ) I'm not sure of its exact location (I see both CA and TX for its possible location) but it is always the last hop right before it connects to a node in Germany. It also is the huge latency jump from 20-30 ping to 120+

sounds like something completely out of control for phoenix staff to help with...

I have heard several people fixing such a problem by using a VPN to force a different routing.
