Is this the first time you've tried logging since august ban wave
Logins from Virtual Machines will be rejected
Logins from Linux, including Wine / PlayOnLinux will be rejected
Logins from machines that do not produce enough data to uniquely identify them will be rejected

I dunno the actual messeges you get if it affects you though

must have just been a weird hiccup, came back after a couple hours and it let me right in. Who knows, thanks for the response though.

Hello... first day here.

Getting this same error when trying to log in and when trying to access website/forums. Says that playphoenix.online certificate is expired.

It seems that the SSL certificate expired at 9:50 PM EST today. No clue how to get around this?

I'm getting this too. Phoenix is going to have to upgrade their certificate.

Change your computer's clock back 24-48 hours and it should let you log in if you have logged in recently.

Works again, certificate auto renewal failed.

Just for completions sake: the OP made this thread on the 8th and was helped that day on discord (or another person with the same issue), turned out their computer was set to 2013 or something.

Wow that was a fast fix-- thanks! Certificate expires Dec 17 2019 now, we have another few months

I had this error as well I ended up deleting all of daoc and phoenix files from my PC and reinstalled. After that everything working.

Windows did a security update and is flaging phoenix as dangerous. Reason for many errors.
