cheapest house is 50gold per week, and you can store upto 4weeks in your lockbox
if lockbox is empty it SHOULD take money from the merchant, but that isn't sure to be working

Wow that seems off from 1.64.... makes me worried about the actual house costs... how much is cottage/house?

plot: 300g
house: 1plat
Porch:1plat
Merchant: 500g
So about 3Plat to set up a merchant, and pay for the first weeks of rent

it "should" work, if it doesn't it is a bug
a single person has confirmed here that it worked for them
noone else dared to test it, if a bug costs you your house, it being a bug doesn't help you much
