Svartalf Faction

With the new maps I noticed the bindstone area and Svartalf buildings in Malm, so I decided to get cozy with the Svartalfs. I raised my faction to friendly. I was hoping to be able to do the quest chain from Kiaja, but that NPC doesn't seem to be implemented on this shard. Does anybody know whether there are any quests unlocked by friendly (or maybe better?) status with Svartalfs?

I'm fairly sure the only implemented quests are task related, the SI necklace quest, class epic quests, and the custom darkspire entrence quest. I suppose there is also a quest chain for crafting gear as well but I haven't done it.
