I keep hearing that stealthers usually steer away from friars. Can anyone explain why?
Well friars damage is buffed in this server is the first part.
Then
-Access to Reflex Attack(not as potent after the adjustment but still strong. Friars with reflex 5 were literally unkillable 1v1 as a dual wielder before the fixed it )
-IP/ST
-High levels of passive defenses(parry/evade). Parry is particularly potent vs sins because dual wield doesn't reduce it by 25% like block/evade.
-Heal procs can counteract some incoming damage
-extremely fast attack speed with a 2her.
-crush gets +10% dmg vs hib leather/RF and is neutral to mid leather.
They aren't the monsters they used to be with reflex 5 but are still more than capable in a 1v1 vs a Sin. Almost every hybrid is.
