Starting stats and leveling build for Friar?

New to the server, curious about the best starting stats for a Friar? Do I pretty much have to know if I'll be solo or group oriented based on my starting stats too?

If balanced/melee 10 quick

Thank you, by "if balanced" what do you mean exactly? Like a full hybrid spec?
