Relic Realm Invasions

Bethoc and I discussed an idea regarding realm invasions.

What if one realm captures an enemy realm's relics they are able to invade the enemy realm and RvR there.

I know many will say well what about the griefing issue etc.. Well it could stir up a lot of realm pride. I feel strongly that the Albs would defend Camelot Hills if Midgard invaded or the Hibs would defend Connacht in the event of an Albion attack. Maybe it would be a one type event so they can't just keep returning.

I think this could add some flair to the whole relic keep war.

We will not add realm invasions. It brings a lot of problems (griefplay, killing low-levels, the dominating realm will dominate more and keep low-levels to get to 50, peolple logging out there), even though i like the idea in general.

MAYBE we have something like this one day as an event. But will not have it on a regular basis.

Just make it so when the invading realm dies they can't get back in.

I think there are creative ways to make it work without abuse.

It could be a good way to promote realm pride

I'm just worried there won't be enough realm pride. Relics will be taken and players will just *shrug*.

I just want there to be like this overarching goal or reward for the realms in rvr.

An event would be perfect.
