Crit shot keeps popping me out of stealth

Hi - I know there is a chance to get popped out of stealth when hitting crit shot, but it seems to be happening way to much. My stealth is 40 +12. Is this intentional? If so, can it be adjusted?

I believe it is set as a minimum of a 20% chance to drop stealth when you knock an arrow for a crit shot, based on your stealth composite spec as a portion of your level.

Yes, if you have higher stealth, this will happen less and less. The mechanic checks your stealth level (I'm unaware of the actual metrics) when you draw an arrow to check against something else (likely your level) and that determines if you pop out or not. This isn't a bug and never has been, so spec more stealth to happen less.
