Nearest Enemy - Issue

After at least hundreds of failed uses of the function i really need to ask about following issue.

Happens not occasionally, happens regularily and is pissing of people since its invented / miscoded :

If the "Nearest Enemy" function is used, the user is not given properly the truely nearest enemy in range of using char used, but gives targets which are often way further away than most enemies in range of char.

When do u plan on fixing or disabling the functioniality ? Its only misleading and irritates mostly new player, which dont know the issue.
