Arrow merchant sells arrows for too much, example in Castle Sauvage npc called Lenia Fletcher:
-Keen Footed Flight Broadhead Arrows cost 1g 45s 20c
-Footed Broadhead Arrows 45s 90c
and so on.

Arrows from these merchants should cost 2x less as source proves it.

+same goes for bolts(crossbow users), these cost 2x more than it should.
