After talking with Beckett i'm posting my issue here. I wanted to reskin my caba (head skin) and lost my bp.
To be precise, I went to the reskin merchant in camelot, select the head skin and bought a skin with my bp. The merchand said as usual "i've applied the model 1287 etc..." but I didn't get the skin. (picture if needed). I thought, ok it didn't work properly so I did it few times (I actually though, the skins were bought with feathers and no bp so I didn't realise the bp were going, that's why I did it few times).
I lost around 25 to 30k bp. I'll be happy or by having the all bp back or the head skin 1287 on my caba and the bp back (minus the skin cost of course). Hope I detail enough. Thanks by advance

just a question about your settings. did you have old classic models or new models selected in the Char Edition? I noticed different "views" on catacombs models and classic models too in a few different cases, not only reskins. (Weaponcolor, Model etc) is not the same on classic models too
What do you mean about classic model ? I bought the model 1287 head skin

What Solong is talking about is what skins are you using for your client. The model skins can be affected by the client skins that you have selected.

Thats actually for the UI, what you probably mean is under "Configure Figure Versions" on the left

Had a similar issue this morning. Reskinned my weapon and wanted to change to another glow effect (change from two handed_52 to two handed_62 . I gave the effect merchant my weapon lost my BP and the old effect was still on it. I checked out all my other weapons if i did a mistake by accident. but no other weapon had that glow that i had selected.
